Feel Good Food

There is no "I" in struggle

Feel Good Food

Good morning everyone happy Monday, I hope you’ve all had an amazing weekend.

Today I’m going to talk to you about a meal I made for me and my partner yesterday.

Mushroom stroganoff. But I also added chicken as i had to use some up.

Well, before starting to prepare this meal I got YouTube up and played a video to distract me as my psychosis is not being very good at the minute.

I put some olive oil in the pan then chopped a onion and some mushrooms, put them in the pan to cook and then about ten minutes later I remembered I had chicken I needed to put in.

Don’t know about anyone else but I hate cutting fresh chicken up, hate the feel of it.

Added the chicken, let that cook and added some chicken stock cube as didn’t have a vegetable one and Worcestershire sauce, paprika and then let it thicken up.

I was stressing cause it was reducing but not thickening up, but my partner told me to add some corn flour to water and mix it up and add it so I did and it thickened up. The stress levels started to drop for me.

Then I put rice on put a timer on and then released that my partner rice was cooking but my rice wasn’t doing nothing me the silly nugget forgot to turn. The hob on 😂😂

it ready to serve up and I was little worried hadn’t done a good job but my partner said it was nice

And do you know what I really enjoyed it to and it filled me ip j didn’t eat anything else that night.

I doubted my self that I wouldn’t be able to pull this off but I did and it made me feel good and I got one over on my psychosis so it made me feel happy I don’t deal with praise well but last night I took it well, and I patted my self on the back.

I took this as a victory.

Thank you for reading and don’t forget to pat ya self on the back to.

🤞 "It's not going to beat me I'm going to beat it"
