AHHHHHHH!’
Hey everyone. How are you all doing? Hope you’re all well and in good mental health. I just want to apologise for the lack of blogs recently, but I’ve just had twelve weeks of counselling. I couldn’t turn it down and I will be doing a blog on that very shortly, but today I want to talk to about things that make you go ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ It’s been a post I’ve been thinking about doing for while, but I had to put my wellbeing before anything else.
Have you ever had a cold drink from a can of anything then gone ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ ? I was once challenged to try and have one and then not go ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ but I couldn’t do it. It was so refreshing and very nice, so I challenge you to have a try. I bet you can’t do it! On a hot day you can’t beat a cold drink whether it be water, juice, alcohol or, in my case, just a pint of Pepsi Max.
Have you ever needed the loo and someone’s been in there, or they’re not open and you need to go? This is one of my best ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ moments. I feel so good after going to the loo that I let out the biggest ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ you’ve ever heard.
This next moment is from my partner. I think all women can relate to this: when she’s getting changed and taking her bra off, the relief I see in her face when she takes it off is huge. I feel like that when I take my shoes off at the end of the day. That’s a great feeling too, and I go ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ to let the missus know it’s OK for her to do it as well.
Another ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ moment for me is when my joints and bones click. The pressure builds and you need to just click and crack: when this happens, I just feel like the weight has been taken off me and I go ‘Ahhhhhhh!’
Thank you all for reading. I wish you all good mental health, and I hope you find your ‘Ahhhhhhh!’ moment too.
